Everything you need to know about Poke'

Poke' pronounced (Po-Kay / Poh-Keh) has got to be one of my Favs (I've been obsessing over this stuff for the last 6 months!) Its soooooo ADDICTIVE!! Have you tried it yet?






Its a combo of both Japanese and Hawaiian food styles, its healthy, its fresh, and its build your own at most places, so its personalised- Love that! A lot of people say, its kind of like Sushi in a Bowl, generally made up of a Protein, a base and Japanese inspired condiments! Its a must try! I love the idea of just throwing a heap of delicious ingredients in a bowl and BOOM there's lunch! I base my home salads on this whole concept, BASE-PROTEIN-TOPPINGS. More often than not I will have left overs that will create a quick and easy Salad just like these.
